KOSTER is known as the gold standard for moisture mitigation and provides a 15 year warranty against failures due to mositure vapor. Their ORS, Oil Removal System, can warrant a floor from failure due to oil contamination also for 15 years.
TEC Specialty is a division of HB Fuller specializing in floor prep products. TEC manufacturers and provides various flooring adhesives, crack suppression membranes, self leveling underlayments, skim coating products, moisture mitigation solutions, grouts and thinsets.
